We’re Hiring: Install Manager (Full-Time)

Do you love working with your hands, leading a team, and seeing projects come to life in the real world? We’re looking for an experienced Install Manager to lead our vinyl and signage installation team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be assisting in managing install schedules, coordinating with production and design, and making sure every install that leaves our shop meets the quality standards we’re known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and managing the installation team on a wide variety of projects

• Coordinating install schedules and working closely with the design and production teams

• Ensuring every install meets our high quality and customer service standards

• Installing vinyl and signage on vehicles, walls, windows, floors, and more

• Troubleshooting installation challenges and ensuring projects stay on schedule

• Training and mentoring installers to help them grow their skills

• Maintaining organization of install materials, tools, and vehicles

• Occasionally assisting in production tasks such as cutting, laminating, weeding, and prepping materials

• Keeping job sites and the shop clean, organized, and safe

• Jumping in where needed and helping the team meet deadlines

• Willingness to put in extra hours when projects require it

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in the large-format / sign industry is REQUIRED

• Proven installation experience with vinyl and signage applications

• Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team

• Strong attention to detail — clean installs matter

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to problem-solve and keep projects moving efficiently

• Honest, dependable, and self-motivated

• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – Noon (early weekends are the best weekends)
